Terms & Conditions

Last revised: 2 June 2026

These terms apply to your use of the website learnhub.help and set out the general framework under which Learnhub Events & Experiences Sdn. Bhd. (registration number 202301029684 (1521106-T), “LearnHub Events”) offers event management services in Malaysia. By using this website you accept the website terms below; service engagements are additionally governed by the written proposal and service agreement issued for each project.

1. Use of this website

The content of this site — text, images, layouts and downloadable material — belongs to LearnHub Events or its licensors and may not be reproduced for commercial purposes without written permission. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or submit unlawful, defamatory or knowingly false material through our forms.

2. Information is general, proposals are specific

Descriptions of services, indicative capacities and illustrative figures on this website are general information, not offers. Every event is quoted individually. Only a signed proposal or service agreement creates binding obligations on either side, and if these website terms conflict with a signed agreement, the agreement wins.

3. Engagements in outline

A typical LearnHub engagement works like this: we issue a written proposal with scope, deliverables and a budget; you confirm with a signed acceptance and a mobilisation payment as stated in the proposal; we deliver against the agreed scope; changes requested after confirmation are documented and priced as variations before we act on them. Specific payment schedules, cancellation terms and supplier pass-through conditions are stated in each proposal, because a two-day conference and a three-month roadshow deserve different terms — see also our Return & Refund Policy.

4. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide timely decisions, accurate information (including guest numbers and venue constraints known to you), and any content or branding assets on the schedule agreed in the project plan. Delays in these areas can affect delivery and may carry costs, which we will always flag before they are incurred.

5. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Malaysian law. Subject to that, LearnHub Events is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website, and our aggregate liability in connection with any service engagement is capped as stated in the applicable service agreement. We maintain public liability insurance appropriate to the events we produce; certificates are available to clients on request.

6. Events beyond anyone’s control

Where delivery is affected by force majeure — including severe weather, government restrictions, venue closures or supplier failure despite reasonable diligence — we will work in good faith to reschedule, restructure or recover value, applying the force majeure provisions of the relevant service agreement.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
