Conferences, brand activations, gala dinners and launches — designed, produced and show-called by one accountable team, anywhere in Malaysia.
What We Do
Three practice areas, one standard: every event has to earn its budget back in attention, connection and results.

Who We Are
LearnHub Events started with a simple grievance: too many Malaysian corporate events look identical, feel obligatory and teach nobody anything. We built an agency around the opposite idea — that a great event is a designed experience with a job to do.
Our producers come from conference production, brand marketing and hospitality. That mix is why a LearnHub event runs on time, looks the part and still surprises people.
Meet the Team Behind ItHow It Works
We interrogate the brief: who is in the room, what should they think, feel and do afterwards, and what does success cost?
Concept, creative, venue shortlist and a line-by-line budget. You approve a plan you can defend to any CFO.
Suppliers contracted, run sheets drilled, contingencies rehearsed. On the day, our show-caller runs the room — you host.
Attendance, engagement and spend reported against the goals we set in step one. No vanity metrics, no vague vibes.
Client Stories
Our regional summit had 640 delegates from eight countries and not a single session ran late. The LearnHub crew were calm when we were not. That alone was worth the fee.
The mall activation they built for our launch pulled queues for three straight days. We collected more qualified leads in one weekend than the previous quarter of digital ads.
Our 25th anniversary gala felt like a proper show, not a dinner with speeches. Guests stayed past midnight — for a corporate event in KL, that says everything.
Good Questions
For conferences and gala dinners we recommend engaging us 3–6 months out, mainly because popular Kuala Lumpur venues and dates go quickly. Brand activations and smaller functions can often be turned around in 4–8 weeks. If your date is closer than that, still ask — we keep a rapid-response crew for short-notice briefs.
Yes. We produce events throughout Malaysia — Penang, Johor Bahru, Kota Kinabalu, Langkawi and beyond — using vetted local suppliers in each state, with the same LearnHub producer leading your project end to end.
A dedicated producer, concept and creative development, venue and supplier sourcing, budget management, run sheets and show-calling on the day, plus a post-event report. Third-party costs such as venue, catering and AV are billed transparently at cost with no hidden markups.
That’s how most of our projects run. Your team owns the message and the guest list; we take care of logistics, production, suppliers and staging so your people are free to host rather than troubleshoot.
Anything from a 40-person leadership retreat to a 1,500-delegate conference. The sweet spot for our team is 100–800 guests, where thoughtful production makes the biggest visible difference.
Both. We plan and we produce. Staging, sound, lighting, LED walls, emcees, performers and photographers are sourced, contracted and managed by us, so you sign one agreement and brief one team.
